I m interested in opening a contracting and consulting company for heavy and process industries like steel, cement, power, aluminium, etc. I need information on 1. What are the local rules and regulations regarding opening a new company in UAE. 2. What are the propects of such a company in UAE? 3. Are there any serious invester out there for such a venture. Anything else u guys wish to tell me abt starting up a new company in UAE will be appreicated.
