I just bought Rage Rover 2005 6 months back by taking a loan from the bank. Unfortunately, I have to leave dubai within few days forever. Can anyone suggest what i should do with the car? how to sell and pay off the bank.

put up some ads in gulfnews, and other sites.
pray that the next buyer pays the whole amount in cash, if he/she wants to finance the car then things get complicated.

Things do not get complicated, either the other person (buyer) pays the bank in cash or you can transfer the loan to his/her name..
Its that simple

Then the loan gets transferred to the other bank, the procedure is done by the buyer not the seller, its an easy procedure anyway..

is the transference procedure only availiable on car finance loans or can you do it with a personal loan.

I don't think you can transfer a personal loan, but you don't have to pay it off when you sell the car either.
For selling, also try supermarket noticeboards.
Or go to a car dealer - you'll probably only get offered half what it's worth though.
