| not that i get stressed easily but whenever i do Whatever or anything that is in front of me gets a big punch, relieves me a lot. but this practice gets me in trouble, so i am just practising controlled breathing:) |

| When ever I'm stressed, i do this unknowingly :roll: as if its an involuntary movement or something. I've tried using stress relief balls n toys.. but a better and long term solutions would be meditation, self hypnosis, exercise or combination of other techniques like S.E.X, laughter therapy, music therapy, gardenin etc. I exercise , n do a combination self hypnosis and breathing techniques... does wonders in reducing stress. |

Isabela is referring to banana split (bear, try to order it from any ice cream outlets..don't think green.), it taste good and i like it also. I indulge in banana split sometimes especially when im very tired and i want to be in my own world. :lol: |
