I recommend my barbershop which is Rimal its at mall of the emirates opposite to ansari exchange. They all speak english. Its 50dhs for a haircut and shampoo. They also have the original branch at city center. |

| Lounge in Bur Dubai (behind Rock bottom ie regent palace hotel) They got phillipinos and an english guy that cut hair there, pretty decent stuff. |
