| I'm looking for a good, hassle free (easy to withdraw & transfer), and no frills (no minimum balance, no high monthly fee, but interesting interests) bank in Dubai for opening either Euro or GBP. Any recommendation? I've checked HSBC but from my past experience I don't like them (high fee, too many hassles). It's urgent before I'm loosing money because AED is pegged to USD :( |

| Lloyds TSB offshore account has a minimum balance of £100, you get separate pound, dollar and euro accounts and can transfer money between them twice a month without charge. Doesn't tick the "no min balanace" requirement but compared to HSBC it's streets ahead. |
