| I totally agree K But business is business i'm affraid, its just market forces. Its not personal You can be assured IMHO that by the end of 2007 things will start to re-correct themselves as more properties flood the market. |

| Yes, I suppose for a new villa this is acceptable, but there are lots of people being told to pay up or be evicted so that the landlord can increase the rent. |
