| Some people saying that I have to get the Birth Certificate issued for the new born within 14 days. To get this issued ,they need father and mother passort and valid visa. However, his mother overstayed her visit vsia and have to fly out and come back with a valid vsa again. It means I have no way to get the Birth Certificat issued within 14 days. What could be the consequenses? Any body can help here? Thanks |
