| im moving to dubai in april and am looking for a nice 1 bedroom rental in one of the marina buildings on a high floor with a sea/marina view. im not interested in the jbr. i have a few questions
1. how long will it take me to find a place once i reach dubai
2. can i do this myself or will i need an agent? who are the best agents for the marina area besides bhomes and gowealthy
3. can 1 year rental leases be started on any date or is it usually easier to find a place that starts on the 1st/15th of the month.?
4. my budget is 120k for the year. will i get a furnished or unfurnished place? how much will it cost me to furnish my place?
