| I hope that the surgery went well Nucleus. I'm also hoping that they gave you some pain medication :) Just follow the doc's orders, and don't strain yourself. Rest up and I'm sure you'll feel better soon. |

| Knee surgery isn't fun, I've had 4 operations in 5 years, any more and the keyhole incisions will be replaced by zippers. Best advice I can give is ICE. Wrap a packet of frozen peas in a a couple of plastic bags and stick it on your knee for 20 minutes at a time a couple of times a day. This reduces the swelling which reduces the pain and helps the knee recover. |

| Nuke, Too bad about the knee. Just keep up on the ice and don't put weight on it for a while. I wish I could give you good news but in my experience knees take a lot longer the heal that you want them to. Once the pain stops and you are back up and walking it may not be a bad idea to get a brace to make sure you don't re-injure it and get laid up again. All the best with the recovery and again: ICE. It will help. |

| Thanks, messages and advices were comforting. I'm back from hospital, but knee is still in pain... and I thought taking wisdom tooth out was painful. |
