Pfft. Nostradamus my hairy glutomous maximus. I would take anything that Nostradamus predicted with a grain of salt, the guy has not been right once. ever. Except perhaps to keep what he wrote secret because he'd be hung for heresy.

Well according to a new report out today, mankind has another 2 and a quarter million years to live. Scientists have been studying fossil records and sample and on average any species only lasts for that long. Man has beena round for 250,000 years so far. But every few million years the earht goes through an orbital wobble, caused by astronimical forces, which means the planet is not as close to the sun as it should be, causing a quick cool down i.e. an ice-age, which will wipe mankind from the face of the planet (if we haven't left by then, or killed ourselves). The next favourite species to become the dominant force on earth as rats.

But I guess Colorado beetles should be included into this list as well.
