| Hi, I need some information about the employment contracts in Dubai.
1)If i have signed a contract and if i am not happy with my employers what are my options?
2)Are their separate ones you sign with the company and one with the authorities.
3)Also if it says " that this contract is valid for 3 years", does it mean that u you cannot leave your employers for two years?
4)If yes to above and if i get another job in Dubai, are there ways to work around this clause
5) Can a contract be signed without this clause? |
