| As a matter of fact, it's on a case to case basis. Up front recruitment and selection shld look for standard qualifications. Having good experience will not deprive you from winning the job if one is credible enough. |

| i would say experience is first then paper certificate. unless you are a teacher or soemthign like that. in the field of business experience is more important. |
