Hi I am an investor and want to start any sort of business with a great idea that really would grow in the coming future doing business in Dubai. Investment and other aspects are not a big issue for me but i have many things in my mind. To start my own business, buy a Franchise and if so which would be a better option, start real estate business or buy a couple of flats or shops or warehouse. People interested to have a joint venture with me are also welcomed and would like to get inputs from this forum. Looking forward to get ideas and work on them in the coming few months.

If this city is to suceed as it so obviously wants to its needs to keep developing with the times. hi sheikh here is a piece of advice for you.when you are starting a new bussines you must have a sound plan (the cost,customer reach,marketing etcetc,)but most important is you must know what you want to achieve by setting up your own bussines.(unfortunatly many people fail in new bussines ´cause they do not have a game plan).now real estate investment is always a ggod investment however returns are gonna be very slow and you do not want to get in to the real estate when the prices are at their top. if you are looking to do an investment after the real estate boom it is always good get in to the catering or real entertainment bussiness.(why not open a nite club or take a franchising of famous club in europe which i am sure they will be happily give you the know how of the clubbing industry with no charge at all ie.Pacha-amnesia-space)because there was a boom in the real estate industry surely most of the people arriving would be foreigners and they will be morethan happy to go and spend their money other than a bar in the hotel)well only problem in this is you have to be able to get license also it is always quite a big investment.if you wanna have more info let me know?

Now I have Courier Service of Delivery of my own that is operating within Ukraine and CIS. I noticed that there are a huge qty of post packages and cargoes from Ukraine and CIS to UAE. However, all post packages we redirecting to DHL or UPS, then they send it to one of their warehouse and after that to the destination and it takes a lot of time!
