| Just a warning to all. Costa in Festival City is out to cheat you. Had 2 separate incidents where they intentionally charging you for a medium coffee instead of the small which you ordered. Just make sure you check your bill the next time. As for me I am not returning to Costa. |

| This happened to me a lot - if you ask for the manager they get really scared as they will lose their job. I never actually follow through and tell the manager as i suppose I am to good natured, but they need the frighteners put on them anyway. |

| Well i did complain to the manager.. :twisted: They looked blankly at me and after a while apologised..although damage is already done. |

| This is still going on! I've been there twice recently and been charged for large drinks instead of medium. First time I noticed and they made out another bill, second time husband paid and didn't notice. Won't bother to go there again! |

| that's because they dont do small. i thinks its Prima, medio and Grande. If you ask for small you will get medio, you always have to ask for primo. Anyway its a 3dhs difference. There coffee is good but their staff don't understand English - specially the word small. |
