My hubby is living there, and I'd like to work there - is that possible?

hi there PJ, i read your previous legnthy post, I'm affraid I can't help much on the school issues, aside from saying, yes, there are a number of "special needs" schools in dubai - I have even visted one and was quiet impressed with thier facilities and the way they operate (the name will come to me - then, perhaps you can google it). you would be able to work in dubai, although you would have to follow the same process of "certificate attestation" (there's a recent posting about that) that everyone else does. you would be under your husbands residency sponsorship, and could apply for employement whilst remaining under his sponsorship.

Wow thanks DBXsoul - thanks for that! I'm sorry for the 'lengthy' post - I was trying to restrain myself! :D I haven't been able to speak much about this to anyone, and conversations with hubby are so brief!

 another thing you need to consider is finding out what injections/ vacinations are required by the schools here, as well as the terms as the school years run differently here because of the long summer holiday

OMG......Maaad, thank you soo soo much. I have never seen a place so beautiful. We have NOTHING like this here in Australia. I had my doubts about taking my children there... you've cleared that well and truly up. I'm forever indebted. Thank you.
