Hello, Just got a quick question im hoping you guys could help me on. If i bought a an apartment in dubai an after paying off the mortgage is there any other costs like after this. Like maintenence, rent or anything. Thanks. look forward to hearing from you.

Maintenance will either be done by yourself or you Contract someone to do it for you. You have the Land Registration Fee to pay, that is if you have not registered yet. You have the housing fee to pay to DEWA/DM which 0.5% of the purchase price divided by 12 to be paid on a monthly basis.

So just to clarify- 1) Land registration - anyone know how much? 2) Service Charge - paid to developer for whole year upfront? 3) DEWA - 0.5% of purchase price of property by monthly? 4) A/C - anyone know how much? Is there anything else?
