| Most of the major hotels and clubs have a squash court and leagues are played on a regular basis, to name a few sheraton jumeirah, marriott, nautilus, dubai country club, jebel ali golf resort. check this link http://www.dubaisquash.org/ As far as badminton goes country club, jebel ali golf resort, insportz they do have badminton courts, not aware of any groups or league for badminton.
