| Be careful out there. The winds today are touching 40-45 knots from the north west. This is a 'Shamal' wind and can be quite destructive. Luckily it is coming in from the sea and therefore not carrying the dust normally associated with this type of storm. It is predicted to last into the night and ease by tomorrow. | I was driving back from Abu Dhabi this morning. At 8.30am visibility in Dubai was not so good. Abu Dhabi seemed clearer. Sands everywhere. Chilly in the morning too !!!! |

| i dont think so, i drove from jumeirah to bur dubai and all vehicles, even those seemingly dirve by locals, were driving in order, a bit slower ni general :p |
