| Rent depends on location. rates vary so you need to be in town to explore. Rent in a shopping mall is high but brings lots of walk-in traffic. As for a local partner you can get away with a fixed fee per year and some paperwork help from lawyers for the 51/49 rule. Local agencies are plenty, they usually advertise on newspapers here locally like khaleejtimes.com or gulfnews.com or you might use yellowpages.ae to find a few if you know their names. A quick trip down here would sort out most of your questions and I wouldn't gamble with opening up unless doing a bit of market research beforehand. Always be proactive. Cheers, D |
