Additionally, communicate with customers regarding loan decisions, issues or answering questions. Work with title companies to ensure adherence to Chase Mortgage policies and procedures and handle post closing problems. Review files for accuracy and completeness prior to system input. Communicate with an escrow/settlement agent about vesting and estimated closing fees.

Activation Specialist II-Responsibilities included: using three computer programs simultaneously to service account inquires, conducted balance transfers and sold promotional offers in both English and Spanish. Ran special errands for department.
New Account Specialist II- Contacted potential customers offered special credit cards that had a special relation to their affinity. As a mentor assisted new representative in overcoming common objectives they would encounter.
As a result of working at MBNA: I received several recognition’s, the most important one was a customer letter praising my dedication to the customer. Seven commendations issued by managers, a post card from a customer thanking my effort in assisting them, an award for outstanding performance and effort. A very special letter from the Site Manager commending my positive attitude, enthusiasm and the effect that it had on my peers.
