| Hi, I understand that the apartment rental rates in Dubai have fluctuated quite a fair bit over the last 2 years. Can anyone advise on the current rental rates for 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments in Sheikh Zayed Road area, Bur Dubai area and Jumeriah area? |

| thanks for the feedback. As most of the classifieds does not provide much details such as name of development and rental rates, they usually ask to contact for a quote. I am not in Dubai now. Will only be there in 3Q2006 1) Where will be a convenient/good place to stay if i am working near the airport? 2) Can anyone recommend any 1-2 bedroom furnished apt with basic facilities e.g. swimming pool, gym in SZR, Bur Dubai, Jumeriah areas or Marina area ? And their corresponding current rental rates. Many thanks for your guidance. |
