| I will be joining a company in DIFC in Jan. Since initially I wont have a car I was looking for a 1 BHK appartment near that area or somewhere from where I can commute easily. My annual budget is AED 84K to AED 96K. Could someone advise me of a good area which is near DIFC in the budget. |

| Al Barsha is 10 minutes away if you have a car and you'll find an apartment in your budget too Satwa is cheaper but some people dont like the neighbourhood |
