| Hi All My wife and I will be relocating to Dubai and I want to rent a villa on long term close to Dubai internet city as I can. Prefer a 3 bedroom but a good 2 room will also do unfurnished with 2 garages if possible. My budget is roundabout 150 000 dhs per year.Any available? I have searched online and found a couple but want to keep looking and keep my options open.Occupation will be roundabout may/June 2008 On a more serious note I have 2 chiuauas that I would like to bring along . | You can bag a villa in Palmera (Arabian Ranches) or in Springs for that much for a 2 bedroom. Don't be fooled by advertised prices, I got mine 30k cheaper than advertised. There are hundreds for rent. Springs is closer, but bad access and a little older. Palmera is new, and access will be good by June. Takes me half an hour at present to work, 20 minutes home. Contact Dubai Kennels and Cattery to import your hood ornaments, they do a great job.[/code] |
